Continuous Vertical Conveyors

Continuous Vertical Conveyors horizontally load products, vertically raises or lowers it, and horizontally discharges the product in continuous non-stop motion. It can convey products over aisles, railroad cars, or other obstacles. These conveyors allow you to utilize areas above the floor and provide a vertical link between floors in multi-story buildings by raising or lowering products from one level to another.

General Information:

• Models available for 100, 300, 600, 1200, and 4000 lb. unit loads.
• Throughput available up to 40 products per minute,
  depending on size and weight.
• Completely automatic operation.
• Save valuable floor space compared to an incline belt conveyor.
• Built to last - with solid roller, solid bushing chain, UNIQUE TO THE INDUSTRY, provides significantly longer life than standard roller chain.
• Heat treated sprockets for extended life.

Reciprocating Vertical Conveyors

Reciprocating Vertical Conveyors allow utilization of space between floors and provides a link between floors in multi-story buildings. These conveyors are able to receive a product at one level, raise to another level, discharge the product, and then return to the first level to receive another product.

Built to last with welded structural tubing framework for added stability.

General Information:

• Reciprocating Vertical Conveyor Models available for 750, 1500, 3000, and 6000 pound loads (load includes product load + integral conveyor weight).
• Throughput available up to 120 products per hour, dependent upon specifications.
• Includes integral chain driven live roller conveyor.
• Carriage is guided by cam rollers - completely automatic operation.
• Save valuable space compared to an incline belt conveyor.
• Utilize multi-story buildings by conveying product from floor to floor.
